Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. All personal balances
are payable at the time of your visit. You may make your payment using your
credit card, debit card, personal check, money order, or cash.
We participate with a wide array of medical health insurance carriers. Please
see below for a current listing. In order for your claims to be processed
accurately in a timely fashion, we request that you bring your insurance ID
cards to present at each visit and advise our front office staff of any change
in your information.
